YOU FUCKING SUPERSTAR!... We're proud of you. You made it... Please, please, please take a moment to understand and appreciate that you have just taken the BIGGEST and HARDEST step all without any help, so give yourself a bit of credit. Every one of us who's been there, knows exactly how hard it was to finally admit it to ourselves too. You're here because you have finally accepted that the partying has been getting out of hand for far too long. You're here because you now recognise that there is some hidden force within you that just hijacks and overrides all rational thought process, at that 'Cempillu' moment. You're here because you've decided to find out why and do something about it

The next step, asking for help, is almost just as hard, mainly because the reality is that 99% of us will never reach out to a family member, close friend , or loved one to confide in and admit to having an addiction problem. The reason is always because we feel too ashamed, embarrassed and/or guilty to share it with someone that we feel are going to be hurt, sad or disappointed with us.

And that's why Kicking Pablo. We have all been through it, and thankfully came out the other side, unlike the many who didn't. Many of us took years and years trying different things, and kept tripping up again and again, finally going to rehab in desperation, only to find that everything we had been seeking was right there, in one place, all the time. Discovering and Learning them, together with a group of fucked up others just like us, through sharing our stories with each other, allowed us to learn what we needed to break our addiction.
